Pourtant, profondément marqué par la mort de son patron, Deaw décide de quitter la police.Il se laisse alors convaincre par sa sœur, championne de Taekwondo, de l'accompagner dans un petit village au nord du pays. Découvrant la beauté de la campagne thaïlandaise, Deaw retrouve peu à peu sa joie de vivre. Mais le répit est de courte durée...
